Lambrusco poured over sorbet. I got a variety of sorbets, I used peach, strawberry and lemon. Using a melon baller I placed balls of sorbet in a glass and then poured chilled Lambrusco over the sorbet.
It did the trick for us. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
They are quite delicious especially on a hot day.
