Ingredients
- 2-3 Bulbs of Fennel
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Grated Parmesan
Preparation
- Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a roasting dish.
- Slice the fennel. Spread the slices in the bottom of the roasting dish. Top with another drizzle of olive oil, add salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes. Stir and roast for another 10-15 minutes.
- Stir the fennel one more time, sprinkle a generous layer of Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
