Suggested ingredients list:
1/2 to 1 pineapple
3-4 apples (we love Granny Smith for their tartness)
2-3 oranges
2 bunches parsley
1 large finger of ginger
1-2 bulbs fennel
1 kg (2 lb) carrots
500g (1 lb) of your favorite greens. We like to use spinach or Swiss chard
